Rooftop Yoga with 105F

Naturally heated yoga is our jam...especially because it means taking full advantage of awesome summertime weather. So, if you're down with summer temps, down dogs and rooftops, head up to the roof at 424 W. Diversey on Wednesday, July 5th at 6:30pm for an hour-long yoga class with 105F.
Blanca, an awesome yogi from 105F, will be leading us through a flow to recovery from July 4th festivities* (* all of the BBQ). This event is complimentary, but please remember to BYOM. Patriotic attire not required, but absolutely encouraged for some very red, white & yoga instagram opportunities.
