BJB Rooftop Yoga is back at 443 W. Wrightwood for another summer flow on Thursday, July 27 at 6:15 pm. Expect good breath work, long holds and a little play time during class.
As always, bring your own mat, water, and anything else you need. PLEASE RSVP if you plan on attending as well so we can get in contact if it rains or class needs to be moved indoors! Backup rain plan is at our indoor yoga studio at 244 E. Pearson.
