What to say when you're chasing a 70 degree St. Patty's Day:
It's the mythical pot of gold we can all enjoy...and only slightly more plausible than actually finding a pot of gold at the end of a rainbow. We're heading into the month of all things green and luck with lots of ways to celebrate Chicago's favorite holiday: She-nannigans Tenant Appreciation Party, West Loop Happy Hour, St. Patrick's Day Saturday Brunch, Lucky Lotto Giveaways, Irish Author Book Club, a Signature Equinox Class + plenty more excitement that'll make you wanna do an Irish jig.
What to say when you're early to start the shenanigans:
Love that high enthusiasm...She-nannigans at 16 W. Division does too! They're throwing a Tenant Appreciation Party just for BJB residents on Wednesday, March 4th from 5:30 - 8pm. Enjoy an open bar, bar snacks, DJ, karaoke + more shenanigans.
What to say when you're wondering if you can sweat green:
Is that something you really wanna try...Oh why not? You've got two chances to sweat it out at free BJB classes this month. First up, XSport's Interval Training Class on Saturday, March 7th at 12pm at XSport Fitness on Broadway. The class is free for BJB residents, just sign-up using the google form (you won't receive a confirmation email, but if you sign-up via the linked google form, you're all set)! Then, experience Equinox's cardio-forward boxing workout on Saturday, March 28th at 12:30pm at the Equinox Lincoln Park club (1750 N. Clark St.). Sign-up via their google form (again, you won't receive a confirmation email, but if you sign-up on the google form, you're alllllll good).
What to say when you're planning on Guinness all month long:
We'll pick up your first pint...Andrew, our West Loop Assistant Property Manager (aka PM), will be hanging at Ambassador Public House to buy a drink for residents who stop by on Tuesday, March 10th from 6 - 7pm. Look for us up front by the window when you come in. We'd really appreciate it if you'd let us know you'll be coming by RSVPing on our events page.
What to say when you've got Chicago river dyeing in your calendar:
Nothing tastes as good as green beer looks...Before you head out, stop by 2850 N. Sheridan on Saturday, March 14th around 9:30am for some themed brunch nibbles, including: Corned Beef Hash, a Bagel Bar, Cinnamon Rolls and more.
What to say when you're searching for your pot of gold:
Anyone got a map for that? We wanna help you find that pot of gold with a lucky lotto giveaway. Stop by your management office (see your building March flyer for deets) on Tuesday, March 17th to grab a lotto ticket for a chance to win some green. V limited supply of tickets available. First come, first serve, 1 per resident/Leprechaun.
What to say when you'll be lucky to find enough time to read:
Luckily for you, it's the luckiest month...We're reading Irish author, Sally Rooney's Normal People this month, then meeting on Monday, March 23rd at 6:30pm at 2850 N. Sheridan to chat. Join us to meet awesome new people, and mix up your usual Monday routine. As always, snacks, sips and great convos provided.
Always after me Lucky Charms,
